Enflick is a technology startup whose mission is to deliver real-time social connectivity solutions that change the way that people connect and interact with each other through mobile devices.

After talking with Storyboard PR Mrs. ‘Jennifer Dignum’ about GoInstant in an earlier post, we had a second discussion about Canada (Waterloo-Ontario) – based start-up “Enflick.com”. Mrs. ‘Dignum’ was kind enough to explain to us in details what “Enflick” is all about.

According to Mrs. ‘Dignum’; Enflick is a technology startup whose mission is to deliver real-time social connectivity solutions that change the way that people connect and interact with each other through mobile devices. Its key products include the mobile interpersonal connectivity application “Touch” and “TextNow,” the leading free text messaging app.

TextNow went viral in 2009, making the company a profitable, multi-million dollar business without any initial seed funding.

The company received its first seed funding before the launch of Touch in 2011, including investments from social advocates Troy Carter and Scooter Braun, the talent managers for Lady Gaga and Justin Bieber respectively.

Touch gives users a more intimate and real-time social networking experience customized for the mobile platform.

The Touch interpersonal connectivity application goes beyond sharing interests or activities to support online chats and instantaneous and seamless message delivery notification for immediate engagement with users’ most significant relationships.

Touch is effortless to use, ensuring that users’ closest relationships are always reachable and experiences can be immediately shared, defragmenting the way people stay connected with friends and family.

People want to filter out the noise of the larger social networking sites generated by hundreds of ‘friends’ and groups with specialized interests.

Enflick’s Touch fills that need by giving users instant and immersive mobile Internet connectivity with their family and closest friends, enabling instantaneous chat and the ability to share experiences and photos as they happen.

Touch addresses three intersecting market trends: the pervasiveness and growing popularity of social networking; the surging growth of mobile devices; and an increasing desire to strengthen closest personal relationships.

Social networking is the most popular online activity worldwide, accounting for nearly 1 in every 5 minutes people spend online, according to Comscore. Conservative projections show the number of mobile devices exceeding the entire world’s population by the end of 2012.

At the same time, people are looking for a more meaningful social networking experience — with all the bells and whistles – that enable them to instantly connect with those people who are most important to them.

Touch delivers that experience with a single, mobile-centric interpersonal connectivity platform that doesn’t require any additional or separate tools in order to chat or share photos.

Derek Ting, Co-founder and CEO; Jon Lerner, Co-founder and CTO, are committed to develop the very best apps available to empower people to stay closer with their most meaningful relationships and to integrate them into users’ lifestyles as seamlessly as possible.
